Waterfront Land Sales – Market Trends 12/31/2020

Waterfront land sales is a category that had unusual activity in 2020, as compared to the other categories.  There were fewer sales, the average sale price was down a bit, and the days on market were longer.  Because there are always few waterfront lots for sale and few sold, one or two transactions with a lesser sale price can change the statistic dramatically.
