The homes are as varied as you can find. It might be one in not-so-good condition that a buyer will renovate to retain the character of the original Lake Michigan cottage. It may be a cabin that was well-loved and meticulously maintained through the years and in move-right-in condition. In 2020 and 2021, eight Lake Michigan shore homes in Jacksonport sold. I personally listed and/or sold four of those, and my company Shorewest Realtors Door County listed two of them. We do know Jacksonport Lake Michigan real estate.

10/2020 a 2 bedroom/1 bath home built in the 1940s (but updated), with 2100 square feet and a 3 car garage sold for $520,000. The shore was 130 feet of sand.
11/2020 a 1 bedroom/1 bath home built in the 1950s and awaiting the buyer’s creative hand to bring it back to life sold for $263,250. The home was on 100 feet of sand shore, with shore protection installed.
11/2020 built in the 1950’s 2 bedrooms/1 bathroom and living areas that wrapped their arms around this buyer sold for $328,000. With some updating by the new owner this home on 100 feet of shore (with shore protection installed) is now a year ‘round hub of activity for the owners and their family and friends.
7/2021 The most charming Lake Michigan log cabin with 2 bedrooms/1 bath/and a sleeping loft. Open kitchen/dining and living areas, with a fabulous screened porch. Built in 1938 and perfectly maintained by the former owner. Deep sandy beach and 195 feet of shore sold for $755,000.
8/21 2 bedrooms/1 bath and 1004 square feet on rock shelf beach sold for $482,500. A cute little home that offers spectacular sunrises and views of the lake.
10/21 Built in 1876 the home and grounds were known as Camp Shoreland Acres. A retreat for city-kids where they could experience the lake, nature, and the quiet little town of Jacksonport. Somewhere along the way the owners discontinued the camp and the home on 100 feet of beautiful sand and a spectacular lot became a comfortable retreat for just family and friends. The home had tons of character and surely the deep park-like lot with 100 feet of shore at the front were the deciding factor. Sold at $679,000.
10/21. 100 feet of deep sandy beach and a deep private lot are home to 4 bedrooms and 2 baths. The home was in need of some TLC, or maybe more than TLC, but the new owner found it the right spot for them to begin their Lake Michigan traditions. Sold at $585,000 with 100 feet of shore.
12/21 A real little gem positioned on 100 feet of shore (with shore protection installed), 3 bedrooms/ 1.5 baths, and wonderfully updated and maintained sold at $479,000.
